Every states or countries, they will have their own traditional foods that have specific recipes to cook and make it taste delicious. For each food on every states or countries there will have their uniqueness in making the traditional foods look so attracting to the people.
In making the foods taste delicious and make people 'addicted' to the foods, the recipes need to be exactly same with the origin recipes from our great-grand mother. Follow the recipes instead of skip the important ingredients.

Okay for the first food is from Kelantan which is I'm going to talk about the recipe on how to make Ayam Percik. Look, this dishes is really famous in Kelantan because Kelantanese love to eat "Santan Berlemak". It really tastes good as you can see on the picture below.

The ingredients as follow:
- 1 chicken, cut into 4For finely ground material (marinade):
- 6 shallots
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cm gingerMaterials for dressings splash:
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 cm ginger
- 4-5 dried chillies
- 8-10 shallots
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- little tamarind
How to prepare it:
Methods for chicken:
- Marinate chicken that had been cleaned with finely ground ingredients for a minimum of 1 hour and a half. The longer they are marinated palatable.
- Dip the chicken in the sauce and bake until cooked splash. Dip in sauce again before serving.
Ways of dressing:
- Blend lemon grass, ginger, dried chillies and onions. Mix together the coconut milk in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Continue to stir so the sauce is quick lumpy and cracked oil. Season with salt and sweet tamarind.
- Cook until sauce thickens.

oh no, we are still in Malaysia because I still got a few things to share with you about foods in Malaysia which is Nasi Lemak. Basically, everyone knows what is Nasi Lemak even the international singers are well-known with this kind of food.

However, owing to its popularity there are restaurants which serve it as a breakfast meal. The temptation of Nasi Lemak is really powerful. The rice cooked in coconut milk is actually common in Southeast Asia. But, there are differences in taste because knotted leaves of Pandan Screwpine are steamed with the rice for impart fragrance and flavour.

- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup oil for frying
