#2 Famous Food, Spain

Let's moving on to the Spain, explore as much as we can. Spain is well known with their unique cuisine and flavours.
Croquettes
The creamy cheese (queso) croquettes pack a smooth flavour, try croquettes filled with a mixture of béchamel and Spanish cured ham (jamon), or the local sweet-spiced black sausage (morcilla) for something stronger.
Zaranggollo
A Catalan salad that consists of several types of grilled vegetables, such as eggplants, spicy red peppers, red tomatoe and sweet onions. Once well cooked on the grill, those vegetables are peeled and/or sliced in strips, the seeds removed, and seasoned with olive oil and salt, and sometimes with garlic as well.
Escabeche

Referring to both a dish of poached or fried fish, and not only fish (escabeche of chicken, rabbit or pork is common in Spain) that is marinated in an acidic mixture before serving, and to the marinade itself.
Horzano Chorizo and Egg Pie
This is mostly like high tea where you can have this kind of meal in the evening while releasing your tension. For every foods in other countries they will always have pork or wine in their foods. seriously.

Pincho Moruno (Chicken)
It's look like a Chicken Kebab, But, an ingredient or mixture of ingredients is put and held there using a stick. The common ingredients are fish such as hake, cod, anchovy, and baby eels; tortilla de patatas; stuffed peppers; and croquettes.
