Dumplings with Tofu Mushroom

Obviously, we can know this is type of Chinese food because there's a pair of chopstick. So, this is what we called Dumplings with Tofu Mushroom. Dumplings consist of minced meat and chopped vegetables wrapped into a thin piece of dough skin. In China, popular fillings are mince pork, ground chicken, beef and vegetables. They can be cooked by boiling, frying or even steaming. Dumplings are traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year's Eve.

  1. Bring soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and 1/4 cup water to boil in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour mixture into bowl and stir in scallion, ginger, oil, and hot red pepper flakes (Sauce can be refrigerated in air-tight container for several days).
*chinese people also put wine in dipping sauce, maybe they want to make it taste good
